A 7.2-magnitude earthquake struck Haiti on 14 August, causing devastation. The number of deaths is already over 1,400 and will continue to rise as emergency workers search the rubble. Buildings have been destroyed and families have lost their homes, leaving thousands of people displaced. There is an immediate need for temporary shelter, water and other essential items.
Emergency aid is absolutely necessary to save lives. With your support, we can help reach families in Haiti with vital supplies before it's too late.
Your donation will go to CARE's Emergency Response Fund - a dedicated fund, restricted solely for the emergency response purposes within CARE International. (And all monthly gifts will be used to support our work wherever the need is greatest.)
Donate today to help provide shelter, clean water and emergency supplies to vulnerable families in Haiti.
